A home-based program in which trained geriatric aides provide relief for families providing around-the-clock care to a family member with some form of mental and/or physical impairment.  Activities identified by family caregivers as being most basic and critical will be provided.

 

Fees: Sliding scale fee according to income.

 

Eligibility:  Adults receiving 24-hour care from family caregiver.

 

Intake Procedure:  Walk-ins and telephone referrals accepted.

 

Service Area:  Lee, Scott and Wise Counties, and The City of Norton.
