The Mountain Empire News is a quarterly publication that is delivered to more than 12,500 households. The Mountain Empire News includes articles relating to senior health issues, financial, nutritional and scam issues, as well as a host of other topics. Also included are photographs and articles from the numerous events of Mountain Empire Older Citizens, as well as from each program and service offered.. 

A regular feature of the publication is the Alzheimer's Support Services supplement. This section contains information specific to Alzheimer's patients and their caregivers. A new feature of the Mountain Empire News is the KinCare Connection supplement. This supplements includes information specific to grandparents and other relatives who have become the primary caregiver for their children's children or another relative.
