MEOC
Transit (aka "Mountain Empire Transit") provides transportation to
people of all ages on a demand
response basis with a 24 hour notice required.
We are able to provide service to those with canes, walkers,
wheelchairs, and to health and human services agencies wishing to contract
with Mountain Empire Transit.
Fees:
Public transit charges are 75¢ per boarding for persons age 60+ and
under 18 ; $1.50 per boarding for all others.

No restrictions

Telephone referrals accepted. 24-hour
notice required. More notice encouraged.
