 PACE PROVIDES LOVING CARE TO PARTICIPANTS
AND PEACE OF MIND TO THEIR FAMILIES


The Interdisciplinary Team and MEOC staff provides the following set of services directly to PACE participants at the PACE Center or in their homes:

  • Primary Medical Care
  • Medications and Pharmacy
  • Physical Therapy
  • Administration
  • Meals and Snacks
  • Transportation
  • Caregiver Support
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Speech and Language Therapy
  • Diet Review and Counseling
  • Adult Day Health Care
  • Personal Care
  • Respite Care
  • Lifeline Personal Alert System
  • Homemaker Services

As the region's designated Area Agency on Aging and Public Transit Authority, MEOC has been providing many of these services for decades.  Traditional MEOC services and new PACE services are seamless from the participant's point of view.
